• Contact Info: We collect your Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Physical Address. This is required for account creation, communication, shipping of physical credit cards, and verifying identity.
• Financial Info: To process credit card applications and manage transactions, we collect Other Financial Info (such as credit history, requested credit limits, credit evaluation details, and credit card transaction histories).
• Sensitive Info: For secure authentication and identity verification during credit card applications, we facilitate secure Swedish BankID authentication. This data is processed securely through encrypted channels.
• User Content: We collect Photos or Videos. If you choose to upload a profile picture or customize your card interface, the app requests access to your camera and photo library. These images are stored on our secure servers/CDN.
• Identifiers: We collect User ID (associated with your account) and Device ID (to secure your login sessions, send transaction push notifications, and support analytics).
• Purchases: We collect Purchase History and transaction data to manage your loyalty points, distribute rewards, and process merchant transactions.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information for the following core purposes:

• App Functionality: Setting up and managing your account, facilitating secure payments, providing real-time credit limit summaries, and processing rewards.
• Credit Card Processing: Reviewing and evaluating credit applications in cooperation with our licensed banking partners.
• Security & Fraud Prevention: Authenticating users via BankID, identifying unauthorized login attempts, and securing financial transactions.
• Communications: Sending transaction alerts, credit statement notifications, updates regarding your card status, and system notices.

3. Sharing with Third-Party Partners

We do not sell your personal data. To provide banking and credit services, we securely share relevant data with our official licensed financial and tech partners:

• TF Bank AB / Avarda: All credit evaluations, credit checks (kreditupplysningar), and secure webview credit applications are securely processed directly by our banking partner TF Bank AB and its subsidiary Avarda.
• Storage and CDN: User profile images and digital assets are stored securely using cloud infrastructure providers (DigitalOcean Spaces).

4. Data Retention and Security

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service and to comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements. We protect all stored data using industry-standard security measures (SSL/TLS encryption, secure databases, and firewalls) to prevent loss, theft, unauthorized access, and copying.

5. Account and Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your account and any associated personal data at any time. To request data deletion:

• You can submit a deletion request directly within the mobile app settings.

Upon receiving your request, we will delete your account and personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain specific transaction or credit records under applicable banking laws.
